The Good Mare Co. is a DBA of LD EQUINE ENTERPRISES LLC. For purposes of these Terms of Service, “The Good Mare Co.,” “The Good Mare,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operated under LD EQUINE ENTERPRISES LLC.

The Good Mare Co. operates this website and online store, including all related content, features, products, services, and tools to provide customers with a curated shopping experience.

Our website is hosted through Shopify, which provides the platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

When placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping details.

You agree that all information provided to The Good Mare Co. is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account information and for all activity associated with your account.

Section 2 — Products & Made-to-Order Apparel

The Good Mare Co. makes every effort to display product colors, designs, and details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device settings, screen display, and production processes.

Many of our products are made to order. This allows us to create intentional, small-batch apparel while reducing excess inventory.

Because products are created specifically after purchase, production timelines may vary. Please review our Shipping & Return Policy for current production timelines and expectations before placing an order.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order with The Good Mare Co., you are submitting a request to purchase our products.

The Good Mare Co. reserves the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or other circumstances.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation has been provided.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. Because many products are made to order, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has begun.

Orders are subject to our Shipping & Return Policy.

Section 4 — Custom Apparel Orders

The Good Mare Co. provides custom apparel services for businesses, organizations, events, ranches, brands, and other clients.

Custom apparel orders are created specifically for the customer and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is an error in production or the order arrives damaged.

Each custom project is unique. Production timelines may vary depending on order size, design requirements, apparel availability, customer approvals, and production schedules.

Before production begins, The Good Mare Co. will communicate with the customer regarding order details, estimated timelines, design approvals, and any applicable deadlines.

By submitting logos, trademarks, artwork, or branding materials to The Good Mare Co., you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide those materials for use.

You authorize The Good Mare Co. to use customer-provided logos, trademarks, artwork, and branding materials solely for the purpose of designing, producing, and fulfilling the custom apparel order.

All custom designs must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins. Once approval is provided and production has started, changes cannot be made.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, customers grant The Good Mare Co. permission to photograph and showcase completed custom apparel featuring customer logos, artwork, or branding for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

Customers retain ownership of their original logos, trademarks, and brand assets. The Good Mare Co. does not claim ownership of customer-provided branding materials.

Section 5 — Pricing & Payments

All prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Customers agree to provide accurate payment, billing, and contact information for all purchases.

You represent that you have authorization to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges associated with your order.

Section 6 — Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping timelines provided by The Good Mare Co. are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Many products require approximately four weeks for production before shipment.

The Good Mare Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers according to applicable shipping terms.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, designs, graphics, photographs, text, product designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to The Good Mare Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use The Good Mare Co. designs, branding, photographs, or content without prior written permission.

Customers retain ownership of their own logos and trademarks submitted for custom orders.

Section 8 — Third-Party Services

Our website may include links, tools, or services provided by third parties. The Good Mare Co. is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Use of third-party services is at your own discretion and subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Section 9 — Shopify Platform

The Good Mare Co. uses Shopify to operate our online store.

Purchases made through our website are transactions between you and The Good Mare Co. Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from The Good Mare Co., including product quality, fulfillment, delivery, or customer service issues.
